	Telephone Message Pad has built-in "While you were out" and "Contact" forms to get you started with extensive support for specifying your own customized forms. The "my law office" form is a customized edit of a clone to the standard contact report. The refer_by field has been added and the selections have all specified in our forms designer. The forms designer allows visual composition of new forms. Once one or more custom forms have been developed, several customers find it convenient to hide the standard forms so that only the custom forms you have developed specifically for you business are available. Custom forms are supported throughout Telephone Message Pad. You can search on custom field contents. You can import and export custom fields.
