	Telephone Message Pad provides you a summarized listing of each call and present status. Click the pencil icon next to a listing and an annotatable image of the message appears. The check box selects one or several messages for status change and, rarely, deletion. Note the "all" status tab highlighted. Other status tags show only open, closed, and other status. The status tab names and number are under user control. Colors may be assigned to status tabs so messages having like status and overall trends can be easily recognized.
